The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
After performing a booking through the KSK Building Cleaning Services web or app and after satisfactory completion of the selected service(s) the fees you pay to our representatives are non-refundable (unless there is a company-caused violation). Please make reference to the pricing scheme as it may be updated by KSK Building Cleaning Services without prior notice and depending on many cost variants. Any applicable governmental taxes shall by applied to the booking charge after being notified to the user.
Users can choose to pay by cash or credit card. In case the latter is chosen, KSK Building Cleaning Services may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase.
Bookings may only be cancelled 24 hours in advance and via e-mail notification to contact@krkbuildingcleaningervices.com. An administrative charge of upto AED 150 may be levied in case of booking cancellations with a notice of more than 24 hours and up to the full booking amount thereafter.
You must maintain your account information in full confidentiality at all times.
Delivery Policy
KSK Building Cleaning Services will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
Multiple booking requests may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Method of Payment, Card Types accepted and Currency
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other currency agreed).
Refund/Return policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
